- Please renew your membership through this form or the form in your CAWS newsletter. Renewing through Madison Audubon using this form or the form in your CAWS newsletter, will direct some of your contribution to Audubon efforts that benefit you locally. You will find your expiration date at the top right corner of your CAWS newsletter address label. Please renew when within a couple months of expiration, or when you receive a notice from National Audubon. When you renew through Madison Audubon, your National Audubon renewal is included.
