Directions
From Madison take I-94 east to the Lake Mills/Waterloo exit (HWY 89), go north about 1.75 miles and turn right on to County G. After approximately 1.5 miles,turn right onto Prairie Lane. Park in sanctuary parking lot and see kiosk for an orientation to the sanctuary. Resident ecologist can be found at W7480 Prairie Lane and can answer any other questions.
Public Use Policy
The mission of the Madison Audubon Society (MAS) includes the restoration and preservation of wildlife habitat within protected sanctuaries, as well as environmental education. Faville Grove Sanctuary is open to low-impact public uses that are consistent with the MAS mission.
Activities deemed by MAS to have greater potential to disturb wildlife, habitat, or other users are prohibited:

- 1 Lands bordering State Highway 89 are closed to the public from
October 1 through December 6 to provide refuge for waterfowl.
- 2 As an aid to management, sanctuary volunteers may be granted
permission to hunt deer or remove firewood.
- 3 Service dogs for the disabled are permitted.
